3 Options for Placing an Order:

  1. Option 1 - ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION - Browse our online product selection, add items to your shopping cart, and submit your order to our Customer Service Department via electronic submission! You will receive an email notification and an Order Form copy, confirming that your order was submitted. To complete your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you via phone (Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm EST) to check on availability and process your method of payment.

  2. Option 2 - FAX - If you've printed a blank Customer Order Form from our website and would like to submit your order via fax, please fill in the appropriate fields and fax the form to: 757-321-5245.

  3. Option 3 - CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS - If you would like to call Dollar Tree Direct's Customer Service instead of electronically submitting or faxing your order, please be sure to have your SKU numbers handy (and the UPC Code if it's an item found in a Dollar Tree Store). Business hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm EST.
