Q. How do I place an order?A: You have 3 options for placing an order:
- Option 1 - ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION - Browse our online product selection, add items to your shopping cart, and submit your order to our Customer Service Department via electronic submission! You will receive an email notification and an Order Form copy, confirming that your order was submitted. To complete your order, a Customer Service Representative will contact you via phone (Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm EST) to check on availability and process your method of payment.
- Option 2 - FAX - If you've printed a blank Customer Order Form from our website and would like to submit your order via fax, please fill in the appropriate fields and fax the form to: 757-321-5245.
- Option 3 - CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING BUSINESS HOURS - If you would like to call Dollar Tree Direct's Customer Service instead of electronically submitting or faxing your order, please be sure to have your SKU numbers handy (and the UPC Code if it's an item found in a Dollar Tree Store). Business hours are Monday - Friday from 8am - 8pm EST.

Q. What is a UPC code and where is it located?A. The UPC code is the 12-digit number located under the bar code of our products. The number includes the smaller digits on the left and right hand side outside the bar. If you are inquiring about purchasing large quantities of an item you've found in your local Dollar Tree Store, be sure to write down the UPC Code and have it handy when speaking with a Dollar Tree Direct Customer Service Representative. The 6-digit SKU number can be found above the bar code. We recommend writing both down.

Q. Is there a minimum quantity I have to order?A. No, however keep in mind that product offerings through Dollar Tree Direct come in "cases". Depending on the product, a case's quantity will vary. For example, if a vase comes in a case of 6 and you need a total of 24 vases for your special event, you would need to order 4 cases. Please also note that some cases include an assortment of items and Dollar Tree Direct ships this case of assorted items "as is". We cannot break up or alter the case assortment. For further details on the assortment of your case content, please refer to the item description noted on www.dollartreedirect.com or ask a friendly Customer Service Representative.

Q. What sort of shipping and/or handling fees are associated with Dollar Tree Direct Orders?A. There is a $4.95 handling fee applied to all orders (whether they are delivered to a store or directly to you). If you've chosen to have your order shipped to a Dollar Tree Store, there is no shipping fee. If you've chosen to have your order shipped directly to you, a shipping fee applies. The shipping cost is based on your location, the weight/size of your order, and the number of cases.

Q. What shipping options does Dollar Tree Direct offer?A. Upon completing your order with a Customer Service Representative, you will be asked your preferred shipping method. You have 2 shipping options (please note a $4.95 handling fee applies to all orders):
- 1.) Dollar Tree Direct offers FREE SHIPPING to your local Dollar Tree Store. Some restrictions may apply. Ask Customer Service for more details.
- 2.) You can have your order shipped directly to you (a shipping fee would apply). If chosen, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. UPS Ground delivery usually takes 7-10 business days. Please also note that there are restrictions on the type of merchandise we can ship via UPS.

Q. How/where do I pay for the order?A. Payment is required at the time the order is placed. Dollar Tree Direct currently accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's, and Electronic Check over the phone. We are not able to accept purchase orders at this time.

Q. Do you offer wholesale or discounted prices?A. Since we currently offer a great value for our merchandise, we do not sell wholesale and do not offer discounts.

Q. What if I am Tax Exempt?A. If you are tax exempt, we ask that you please inform the Customer Service Representative at the beginning of the order. We require a copy of your tax ID form, which you can fax to 757-321-5245 or e-mail to ddirect@dollartree.com. You would only have to do this one time, as we would keep this information on file for future orders.

Q. How long does shipping take?A. Orders being shipped to a Dollar Tree Store generally take 7-10 business days (sometimes sooner) depending on the store's next delivery. Your Customer Service Representative will be able to give you a delivery target date upon the completion of your order. If you've chosen to have your order shipped directly to you, we use UPS ground, which takes 7-10 business days.

Q. What happens after the order is placed?A. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification/confirmation at the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you've chosen to have your order shipped to your local Dollar Tree Store: You will be able to pick up your merchandise at the store on the date provided in your e-mail notification/confirmation. The e-mail also serves as your receipt for the merchandise purchased. The merchandise will come marked with your name and order number. You will be required to show your picture ID and sign for the merchandise when you pick it up. This ensures we are giving the merchandise to the correct person. If being shipped via UPS: You will receive an e-mail (provided e-mail address is given) with your order information. This also serves as your receipt. Within a day or two you will receive a tracking number via e-mail (if provided) stating UPS has picked up your merchandise to be shipped.

Q. Can you provide me a list of stores in the area that has the merchandise available?A. We can send you a list of stores in the state sorted by city with the store's phone number provided. Please note the on-hand quantity can change at any moment; it is based on inventory that may or may not have been accurately accounted for at point of delivery to the stores and store sales. If this item is part of an assortment, a particular color and/or style may not be included in the availability. Always call the store in advance. Make sure you have detailed information (SKU#/description and style) handy.

Q. Can I order large quantities at my local Dollar Tree?A. No. You have 2 options for placing an order:
- 1.) Browse our website (www.dollartreedirect.com) and add products to your shopping cart. After you've finished shopping, click "checkout" and you will be prompted to complete an online Order Form. Once you click "submit", your form will be emailed to our Customer Service Dept. and a representative will contact you within 48 hours to check on availability & process your order. (Please allow 72 hours for orders submitted over the weekend).

- 2.) You can also visit your local Dollar Tree store, find the item(s) you'd like to purchase in bulk quantities, and seek out a friendly Store Associate who can provide you with (and assist you with filling out) a Dollar Tree Direct Order Form. Once the Order Form is complete, simply call 1-877-530-TREE (8733) and one of our courteous Customer Service Representatives will be able to assist you! Be sure to have your product(s) SKU number handy.

Q. If the item is part of an assortment, can I only buy the ones I need?A. We can only ship merchandise by the case and cannot separate the assortment. You will have to check with your local Dollar Tree Store to find the specific single item if needed.
